We have created an advanced and sophisticated Technology Center designed to increase productivity, reduce search time and ensure quality results. We provide our Subscribers with many convenient ways to submit requests and retrieve information. We offer 24/7 access to conduct business through our secured internet site, so that you may conduct business anytime and anyplace in the world. We also offer other flexible means of communication, including our direct dial network, email, fax, or directly speaking with a member of our research department.
Experience
Our Research Department has over 20 years experience in court research and investigations of all types. We have an on-site Private Investigator and access to over 1,400 research specialists across the country to access applicant history. Our staff includes sophisticated industry specialists in human resources, law, investigations, tracking and apprehension; a team dedicated to efficient and comprehensive results.
Quality
We are committed to Customer Service Excellence, including the efficient delivery of accurate data to our customers. Our extensive knowledge of the industry and the use of our technology center allow us the ability to meticulously review our results before releasing them to our clients. As a fail safe, our Quality Assurance Department will notify you when there is a recommendation that can help ensure you have conducted a due diligent background check.
Timely Results
We have direct access to many criminal records, credit reports, social security traces, MVR's and other screening products. This provides us the ability to return many results within an hour. Our average turnaround time for a fully completed background is 48hours (2 business days). Results are posted as they arrive, therefore you may receive incremental updates until the point where the research is fully completed.
